Donna has been a practicing Massage Therapist for over 20 years. Throughout this
period, she has worked with Chiropractors, helping people with numerous different conditions
and aliments. Every client is a distinct person that
receives individualized care, specific to their needs. Pain and dysfunction have no place in the
body, as such, she strives to achieve proper function by examining all the avenues of each
client's lifestyle--exercise, habitual postures, sleeping habits, muscle structure, injuries,
surgeries, health conditions.
Donna graduated with 3000 hours of extensive training from the Okanagan College of Massage
Therapy in Vernon, British Columbia, as the valedictorian of her class. One of the highest
regarded training facilities in North America. Through this vast training, she has developed a
passion for myofascial and scar tissue work. Over the years, her skills have become more
focused and precise within the aspect of fascial work, helping clients work through
dysfunctions--like frozen shoulder, post-surgery scar tissue, postural issues, overuse injuries--
to name a few. She strives to educate and share information to clients about the importance of
fascial work and how it relates to the multitude of tension and pain in the body.
